HOW OUR CUSTOM METAL SERVICES WORK
After initial contact, we will discuss the bespoke metalwork project further – either by phone, or if the project is complex, during a site visit to your location anywhere in the UK. Next a project costing will be provided, to ascertain the viability of the job.
Once a brief has been agreed, our team in Reading will then submit a schedule of costings and have a design and costings meeting.
Upon agreement of the brief, a site survey will be scheduled to progress the project and design and costs finalised. When this is all agreed, the commissioned piece will be manufactured in our forge by our team of skilled blacksmiths. Once the piece is complete the team will install it on site at an agreed date.
