How it works

After initial contact, we will discuss your balcony railing project further – either by phone, or if the project is complex, during a site visit. Next a project costing will be provided, to ascertain the viability of the job.

Once a brief has been agreed, we will then submit a schedule of costings and have a design and costings meeting.

Upon agreement of the metal Juliet balcony or railing brief, a site survey will be scheduled to progress the project and design and costs finalised. When all this is agreed, the piece will be manufactured in our forge by our team of skilled blacksmiths. Once the piece is complete our team in Berkshire will install it on site at an agreed date.
